Team Lead Consultant

The company is looking for a new Team Lead Consultant to join their team in Utrecht! You manage a multi-disciplinary Client Team with 3 - 9 Consultants of different levels. Your team supports their customer(s) in managing their volatile energy demand & supply, and supports them towards a real-time portfolio. There are 6 Client Teams, each responsible for one of more clients. Depending on your experience, you could be managing several teams. You become part of the Leadership team and report to the COO.

• Ensure everyone gets the right support and focused on the right tasks to support the customer needs
• Engage with customer(s) to understand their goals
• Balance the collaboration between the contract and the relation
• Grasp the complexity of challenges the customers face; use insights to select right approach; together create a plan to success
• Cross & upsell within the existing client context
• Work closely with your multidisciplinary team and the customer
• Take responsibility for the final success
• Possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Further build your team and be responsible for onboarding new joiners
• Success is achieved when both team members and customers are happy

• Permanent contract

• Great primary & secondary conditions
• Salary range between 80k - 100k

• Relevant MSc degree
• Used to working in multidisciplinary team in complex environments; implementing software solutions (Energy Sector is a plus)
• Excellent in planning and organizing projects; monitoring progress; coach your team where necessary
• Strong communication skills on multiple levels
• Outstanding project management & planning skills
• Navigate between formal & informal corporate environment and create the right approach
• Not afraid to make decisions, persuasive, result driven
• Fluent in English
