Introduction

As an experienced Sales Manager you are taking the lead of the Sales Team, and your prime responsibility is to increase market share in defined markets with client focused services that generates a positive financial contribution.

To be able to do so, close cooperation with all the stakeholders within the company has to be established and consequently managed.

In the summary beneath you find a short overview of the major tasks that comes along with this job:

  • Control and paraph order confirmations
  • Sales presentations national and international
  • Leading sales meetings
  • Upgrade the sales processes and report structure
  • Supervising the budget
  • Performance reviews of your team
  • Draft and update he commercial plan

You manage about 7 reports (area sales managers, tendering engineers, sales admin) and you report directly to the General Manager.

Who we are looking for

Do you have experience in a role similar to this job for at least three years? Are you able to adjust your style of leadership to the situation? Of course this are not the only requirements for this job, because the following activities are also important:

  • Interpeptide the commercial activities out of financial reports
  • Punctual
  • Flexible
  • A motivator
  • Good knowledge of the legal aspects of sales
  • Fluently speak and write Dutch, English and German
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft, ERP & CRM
  • Very good knowledge of rotating equipment
  • Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or similar

And of course we prefer actual knowledge about the pratices and dynamics of dedicated markets..
