| The Transport Engineer collects, analyzes and uses all necessary information to prepare a transport, writes reports and secures all manuals. Doing all this, the Transport Engineer communicates in a clear and effective way with all of those who are involved. It is very important to perform all activities required to ensure a safe and successful transport execution. Whenever required, the Transport Engineer provides on-site Engineering assistance. |

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Naval Architecture • Relevant experience in heavy transport, shipbuilding or offshore (3-5 years) • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken • Excellent computer and reporting skills • Communication, clear in writing as well as orally • Goal orientation, focusing on achieving goals and on time delivering • Analytical, separate important and less important matters and find correlations • Flexibility, easy adapting to changing environments, tasks and/or people • Endurance and resilience, handle pressure, setbacks and disappointments • Services, setting high demands for one’s own deliverables
