- Maintain and improve existing risk policies e.g. The Commodity Trading & Credit Risk guideline incl. all supplements;
- Develop new risk policies & procedures & communicate changes to all affected colleagues;
- Support colleagues in applying risk procedures e.g. the structured deal approval process and clarify questions on policies & procedures;
- Prepare regular aggregated risk reports;
- Deputy for the weekly risk report & the secretary of the risk committee;
- Execute and maintain internal controls and coordinate audits which affect Risk Policy & Methods.

- Degree in Business Administration/Economics or in a numerus discipline e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Physics;
- Min. 2 years experience working in an energy environment, ideally with a trading company;
- Excellent knowledge of the energy and trading businesses, and risk management theory;
- Ability to communicate and present at all levels, develop a network, and educate others about risk management concepts;
- Reliable, organised and discreet self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team;
- Excellent written and oral/ aural English, additional languages are an advantage.
