| As a Regional Manager Northern Europe you are responsible for the development of our clients' “Western Europe” region, which consist of the countries France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, England, and Scandinavia. As a Regional Manager Northern Europe you are managing 27 sales, backoffice and technical support colleagues who are selling our clients’ products to the final customers and distributors. Besides that you are responsible for establishing and carrying out the strategic and tactical plan. |

- Responsible for the development of the region’s turnover, by using the full market potential;
- Acting as a leader of our client's overall business relationships within the Northern Europe region with global key accounts and other nominated strategic engagements;
- Responsible for developing and executing overall country and client business plans to achieve our client’s objectives and nurturing senior executive and board level relationships as required for plan delivery;
- Building trust and credibility at all levels both with the internal organization and with business clients, thereby indentifying their priorities and ensuring that our client's organization plays a key role in achieving them;
- Responsible for shaping and driving all opportunities to a successful conclusion, e.g.:
- Generate new business
- Realize growth
- Stretch and defend installed account base
- Responsible for a structured market development by defining country development plans [3 years scope], and controlling the sales efficiency and setup of required programs for improvement.

- A University Degree, preferably technical and/ or commercial [e.g. MBA];
- Strong international sales management skills, including Distribution Business and Key Account Management;
- At least 10 years of directly relevant experience, working from client level up to board level;
- At least 5 years of management experience;
- Experience in the Building Technology Area and/ or Telco Business;
- Broad technical knowledge in OSI layer 1-3 products & solutions for passive and active components;
- Ideally multi-lingual, at least excellent writing an communication skills in English and Dutch. Any additional language forms an advantage [German, Swedish, French];
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
- The ability to simplify complex situations into meaningful, understandable, and compelling propositions to be understood at all levels and with all audiences;
- Readiness to travel all over the world, but mainly in Europe;
- You are self actualizing and driven to succeed. At the same time you are an emphatic and effective teamplayer;
