| The Manager Sourcing & Pricing is responsible for the sourcing and pricing of electricity and gas and to create a step change in realising added values, reduce costs and continuous improvements. |

- Optimize sourcing, shaping, forecasting, pricing, imbalance and portfolio benefits;
- Accurate month-ahead and day-ahead forecasting of the customer demand;
- Sourcing and pricing services to the sales team members;
- Daily reporting of risk positions;
- Responsible for data management and switches;
- Liaising with other line managers of Sales and Customer Support;
- Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance;
- Create the right circumstances and atmosphere within the team.

- Strong teamplayer who will motivate and stimulate;
- Proven senior Portfolio management experience;
- Bachelor/Master degree or level analytical thinking, with a strong affinity with commercial and financial risk management;
- Deep understanding of Power and Gas products;
- Knowledge of wholesale, sourcing for commodities, trading and risk management in the energy market as well as credit management;
- Exceptional communication skills are essential.
