- Be proficient in processes and procedures to measure, monitor, report and manage the credit exposures including credit risk mitigation techniques;
- Work with, and support, other colleagues in production of daily credit exposure reports for traders;
- Handle telephone/email enquiries from traders regarding counterparty liquidity;
- Support improvements in reporting capability to traders and EET senior management;
- Support capabilities, methods and processes for what-if analyses, scenario planning, CVaR and enhanced modelling of PFE and stressed exposures;
- Support CRC with ongoing and future credit risk initiatives such as credit pricing, any changes to credit limit allocation policy, etc;
- Work collaboratively with commodity credit risk methods and policies;
- Represent CRC at appropriate key meetings;
- Keeping abreast of current trends and developments in areas of expertise;
- Undertake personal development programmes in accordance with EET initiatives;
- Adhere to EET health & safety policies & procedures.

- Track record in a trading risk management or similar role within traded markets;
- Degree level and highly numerate with fine attention to detail;
- Modelling skills would be beneficial;
- Self starter with drive to achieve multi-objectives;
- Ability to work effectively within a highly pressurised team environment;
- Ability to communicate effectively within a multicultural, dynamic, and highly pressurised environment;
- Ability to communicate complex issues in clear and concise terms;
- Demonstrably able to adapt to new challenges and provide fresh ideas and solutions;
- Ability to cultivate positive working relationships;
- Good working knowledge of English is essential;
