| RWEST Netherlands B.V., one of the leading companies in European energy trading, is looking for a candidate who is able to bring in expert knowledge acquired at trading houses actively involved in globally shipping bulk commodities (solids or liquids). The contract execution team is responsible for the contractual and administrative support of sourcing and trading contracts in physical coal and sustainable commodities such as wood pellets, agricultural products, vegetable oils etc. The team’s objective is ensuring that all contractual obligations are timely, efficiently and correctly met. The job holder reports to the Manager Contract Execution. |

- Responsible for and the administration in SCM systems of the execution of physical commodity contracts;
- Providing administrative support to Traders and Logistics Managers;
- Handling correspondence between suppliers, customers, superintendents, agents etc.;
- Administrative co-ordination for Front Office and Finance with regard to the execution of coal and other commodity contracts;
- Processing incoming shipping documents for payment;
- Facilitating and generating (final) invoicing.

- Academic thinking and working level;
- Professional knowledge of international Trade, Commerce and Shipping;
- Varied and sound knowledge of international trading terms like FOSFA, GAFTA, SCoTA, INCO terms etc.;
- Dexterity in using IT systems, experienced user of ERP IT systems (SAP, Operra, Endur) and MicroSoft Word and Excel;
- Minimum 5 years working experience in various administrative roles within international trading houses and shippers of bulk commodities;
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
- Good communicator.
