As a Business Process & IT Manager you will be overall responsible for the Gate IT business. You will be the custodian of the Gate LNG business process applications and will initiate business process improvements. Actively manage, guard and execute efficient and effective daily and long term continuity of the business process and industrial / office IT environment. Management of Change. Contract management with all IT vendors, manage outsourced relationships (service level), implement small changes, reponsible for time, budget and quality management. |

You love to work in a new, hands on, environment within a start up company. You have an IT bachelor level or higher and gained working experience in the oil & gas industry. Project management experience (e.g. VPM or Prince 2). Familiar with ERP (contract to cash & business management), MES and Service oriented Architecture. |

Gate terminal B.V. is building the first liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminal in The Netherlands. The terminal, which is located at the Maasvlakte near Rotterdam, will be operated on a 24/7 basis and will be a highly automated and clean process plant. The terminal will be taken into commercial operations in the second half of 2011. LNG is a natural gas cooled into its liquid state, it is a very clean fuel and considered the energy source of the future. The LNG will be delivered by ship and transferred to storage tanks. From the tanks, it will be regassefied and exported into the Dutch National Grid. We are looking for people who like the challenge of starting up a new terminal and want to be part of this unique challenge.
