- Analysis and optimization of the power plant portfolio;
- Apply Operations Research and stochastic simulation techniques and tools for optimization of the power plant portfolio;
- Report on financial and volumetric portfolio positions including sensitivity analysis and time value in the liquid forward time period;
- Engage with traders and other stakeholders to discuss calculation results as well as the the interrelation between underlying input and output variables;
- Maintain the asset database for the power plant portfolios with regard to availibilities and technical parameter;
- Create and develop of methods and tools for asset optimization, e.g. composition of specifications.

- University degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, economics or similar
- Experience in energy trading or risk management is not essential but would be considered desirable
- Strong commercial understanding in combination with quality and cost awareness
- Teamplayer with strong communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers and colleagues
- Intercultural experience and the ability to collaborate actively across cultural borders
- High level of personal drive, energy and flexibility
- Strong persuasive powers and the ability to cooperate, even in high-pressure and conflict situations
- Fluent in English
